Original NF4 engine front silent blocks ref 50200-NF4-000 are discontinued since many years and are very important to attenuate vibrations and preserve engine and exhaust.
They need regular replacement;

Here is a good alternative solution , same internal and external diameters , just shorter than original ( you can see a comparaison with an original on pic 3 ) , fit in 87 /94 nf4 without modification.
